Yes! This isn’t a bootcamp — but you can expect light movement sessions, mobility, and live form feedback opportunities along with optional morning workouts that you can be a part of IF DESIRED. Regardless, you’ll get the chance to connect with your body in a way that reinforces everything we teach: strength, sustainability, and confidence.
Absolutely. This is not a sit-and-listen conference. You’ll experience interactive workshops, breakout groups, and 1:1 coaching opportunities with the TFP team.
