Lindsey is a former engineer turned fitness and performance coach who helps high-performing women reconnect to themselves, master emotional intelligence, and build unshakable confidence. After losing 40 pounds and radically reshaping her mindset, Lindsey made it her mission to teach others how to lead from a place of peace, purpose, and power. At Fit to Lead, she’s here to help you break through the noise, upgrade your inner world, and finally feel at home in your body and life.

Co-Founder | Head Coach & High-Performance Strategist

Brian is a performance coach and former bodybuilder turned ultra-endurance athlete who helps business leaders turn health into their competitive edge. Over the last decade, he’s guided executives and entrepreneurs in mastering the habits, mindset, and discipline required to lead from the front. Fit to Lead: The Experience is a powerful 2-day in-person event hosted by The Fitness Project, designed to help high-achieving leaders build the body, mindset, and energy required to lead powerfully in business, life, and beyond.
Over two transformational days, you’ll dive deep into the habits, strategies, and identity shifts that fuel long-term health, consistency, and leadership. You’ll connect in person with your TFP coaches and fellow clients to reflect on how far you’ve come — and launch into your next level with clarity, confidence, and unshakable momentum.

We highly recommend flying into Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT), which is only a 20-minute drive from the event venue. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is also an option, though it is approximately 1.5 hours away by car or shuttle.

Yes! As a health and wellness company, we’re providing TFP-approved, energizing meals throughout the event.
This includes:

  • A healthy, energizing lunch
  • Satisfying refreshments throughout the day (think light breakfast and/or midday snack)
  • Swag bag full of snacks


If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know after ticket purchase so we can accommodate.

Think of the attire for this event as elevated and active — think business casual meets wellness retreat. You’ll be participating in some movement-based sessions, so we recommend comfortable attire that allows you to move with confidence, while still feeling like your best, most polished self.

NOTE: There will be OPTIONAL workouts / movement happening outside of the workshops, so you’ll want to BRING activewear as well.

Yes. All confirmed attendees will receive an email with travel tips, the event agenda, hotel details, and any optional pre-event reflection exercises to help you get the most from the experience.

Bring a notebook, business casual clothing, workout clothes /attire, water bottle, any snacks you want to have on you, and an open mind. We’ll provide a workbook, pens, and everything else you’ll need onsite.

Yes! This isn’t a bootcamp — but you can expect light movement sessions, mobility, and live form feedback opportunities along with optional morning workouts that you can be a part of IF DESIRED. Regardless, you’ll get the chance to connect with your body in a way that reinforces everything we teach: strength, sustainability, and confidence.

Absolutely. This is not a sit-and-listen conference. You’ll experience interactive workshops, breakout groups, and 1:1 coaching opportunities with the TFP team.

Yes. Portions of the event may be photographed or recorded for future content and promotional use. If you prefer not to appear on camera, let us know at check-in and we will accommodate.
